How many times can we call your helpdesk?
As standard, all of our support contracts are uncapped and provide unlimited remote support, which means you can call us as much as you like!
How do we log problems with your helpdesk?
You can log a new issues with our helpdesk via email, customer portal, where you can view existing ticket status, knowledge bases, etc or by an old fashion phone call
Do we have an engineer assigned to us?
Yes, we assign a primary and secondary engineers who will have a great understanding of your network and setup, which enables us to fix your issues faster and avoids you having to repeat yourself to several different engineers. In addition, all our engineers are minimum second line technical standard, so you will not spend your time being passed from one engineer!
What are your response times?
As standard we operate an immediate to 30 minute maximum response time, with over 80% of fault calls to the helpdesk being responded to immediately
Are onsite visits included in your support contracts?
Yes, within our inclusive onsite support package we provide unlimited onsite support as standard, with no additional callout/ travelling charges.
How much data is included in our free data backup service?
Our managed cloud data backup service provides as standard up to 500GB of data backup for onsite servers, which can be increased if required. We can also provide point in time backup of Office 365 data including Exchange Online mailboxes, SharePoint and Teams at a very low additional monthly cost.
